What PRNT collects, why, and how long it is kept.

Operator. PRNT.cloud is operated by Prnt Taap Ltd.
Account data. Email address, name and a password hash; sessions are stored server-side and expire after inactivity.
Your content. Designs, uploaded images and exported files are private to your organisation. Uploaded images have their metadata (including location) removed on processing.
Scans and verifications. Dynamic QR scans and identifier verifications are recorded with keyed hashes of network and device signals, never raw IP addresses or user agents, and are used for your analytics and for abuse detection.
Payments. Card details are entered with the payment provider, never on PRNT. PRNT keeps the payment reference and amount.
AI features. When an AI provider is configured, images you choose to process are sent to that provider; the Studio names the provider and its data notice before you run anything.
